TOP 10 PROJECTS

Ten projects to change

what Niagara Falls

believes is possible.

01
Stop International Student Trafficking in Niagara

Remove GUS Canada and the Predatory International-Student
Model at University of Niagara Falls Canada

Niagara Falls taxpayers will not subsidize a business model built on recruiting vulnerable international students while the community assumes the risk.

University of Niagara Falls, a GUS Canada company, is wrong for Niagara Falls. My administration will remove all City support. We will never privatize the profits and socialize the costs.

Niagara's name should never be attached to a predatory international-student model. Instead, we will champion world-class education built on excellence, competition and opportunity.

02
Repurpose the Niagara Falls Innovation Hub

Municipal corporate welfare on steroids ENDS with the Lucid administration.

Niagara Falls taxpayers should not be funding private interests without clear, measurable public value. Every taxpayer dollar must have a purpose, an accountable person and a measurable result.

The Niagara Falls Innovation Hub will be repurposed to serve the community.

Daytime: Explore a professional-services hub offering workspace and business opportunities for local entrepreneurs and professionals.

Evenings: The Mayor Youth Club & Decompression Zone will provide a place for young people to connect, learn, move and build meaningful relationships.

Public assets will deliver public value under my leadership.

03
Transform the Decommissioned Rail Bridge

My WILL to transform this bridge into a world-class attraction is unmatched.

Visitors from around the world will step off the train, cross the five overpasses and walk to a breathtaking lookout over the Niagara Gorge unlike anything else in the world.

This landmark attraction will be the centrepiece of a renewed Queen Street and help transform one of Niagara Falls' most underdeveloped areas.

04
Music City: Turn the Frequency Way Up

The feeling is the secret. Niagara Falls has lost some of its mojo.

Music City will be at the heart of my tourism strategy: more live music, more reasons to gather, and more experiences families remember for generations. Respect for oneself and the land. Turn the frequency way up.

05
Review and Redo
the 4500 Park Street
Public-Private Partnership

4500 Park Street is prime Niagara Falls land. Taxpayers deserve to know why this deal is in their best interest. A Lucid administration will review the public-private partnership, challenge unnecessary government expansion, and ensure this property is put to its best possible use.

06
Roads.
Roads.
Roads.

Tax accountability starts with the basics. Niagara Falls deserves safe, comfortable, well-maintained roads that are easier on vehicles and worthy of a world-class tourism destination. Clean streets, no litter, and infrastructure we can be proud of.

07
Rebuild
Public Safety
from the
Ground Up

Law and order is fundamental to a strong democracy. Police, firefighters and first responders are the heroes of our community and deserve our respect and support. A Lucid administration will rebuild public safety from the ground up, with prevention, effective policing, accountability, and stronger assimilation supports before people enter the justice system.

08
Mayors Consigliere
in the Community

Direct access to the Mayor's Office. Real problems. Real people. Real resolutions. Neighbourhood disputes should not be left to fester.

Monday to Thursday, 10 a.m. to noon at the MacBain Centre.

OPENING: TUESDAY, DECEMBER 1, 2026 🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁

09
Mayor Youth Club & Decompression Zone

It takes a village. Young people need more than classrooms and consequences. They need mentorship, connection and a place to decompress.

The Mayor Youth Club will be at the Niagara Falls Innovation Hub:

Mon–Thurs 5pm to 8pm

10
Bring Niagara Falls'
Holding Company
Under Control

Niagara Falls taxpayers deserve to know exactly what their holding company owns, owes and delivers.

A Lucid administration will COMMAND a full accounting of the company's assets, subsidiaries, liabilities, financial commitments and operating performance.

We will examine how the company is governed, who makes its decisions, how public money is managed and whether its investments deliver measurable value to Niagara Falls.

Every public dollar must have a purpose, an accountable person and a measurable result.

The holding company will operate with transparency, financial discipline and accountability to the people of Niagara Falls.

Ten Projects. One New Direction.

Niagara Falls does not need smaller ambitions. It needs better execution. These ten projects are only the beginning.
